Goods marked with this type are stored at our international sellers' oversea warehouses located all over the world, it will be dispatched from oversea warehouses and shipped across border by air. This means shipping might take much longer than local products, usually 30~ 40 workdays. 

As global item are shipped from oversea, you can only request a refund before your order is dispatched, or if the seller out ot stock.If you have received the problem item,  we'll provide a full refund for damaged or lost packages.  

Global order will not be eligible for return for change of mind(non-quality issues ) .If the size is not suitable, or the customer does not like the product (color, material, style), we do not accept returns. We recommend that you carefully review the full description of the item and confirm that it meets all of your expectations before placing an order. 

Get your refund faster when you drop off your return at the nearest Kilishop. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment source used for the purchase.

Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method:

• If you paid via mobile money, the refund will be issued to your mobile money account within 24 hours.
• If you paid via bank card, it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
