1. For existing orders, we cannot change the delivery address as well as product specification, kindly apply refund via APP Account>After-sale&Refund> Apply list (Once order shipped out, it will be unavailable for cancellation)

2. In case you want to change / add new address for new orders, follow following steps.

-Log into your Kilimall account on App, Tap "Shipping Address" button

-Choose "EDIT" from the list or add new address by clicking bottom "Add new address"

-Choose among Kilishop/ Rider/ G4S as delivery type( Availability may vary due to different location) # Currently the system can recommend the closest Kilishop to you( Approve system popup for sharing location)

-For commonly used address, you can enter the details then choose "Set to default address"
