Kilimall Wallet  is an E-wallet which saves you transaction fee each time when you pay on Kilimall. Currently for faster refund experience, your payment may be refunded to your wallet.  See below: ↓↓↓

1. How to activate the wallet?

For wallet activation, it involves 2 steps. ( Bound phone number + Set payment password)

2. How to use the wallet? 

1). For checking balance, please visit Wallet icon from your Kilimall APP from your APP under Account bottom menu. 

2). For Check statement, kindly Click Check my statement-> Filter.  

3). For Withdraw, Kindly choose withdraw and confirm details before submission. (currently withdraw takes up to 72 hours)

4). For top-up and recharge, We recommend you use Mpesa buy-goods for faster payment experience. (In case of topup failure, you can also try paybill by clicking the top highlighted banner)

3.How to pay via wallet while shopping on Kilimall?

 kindly refer following:

     a. Choose online payment when you check out from Kilimall. 

    b. Choose Lipa na Wallet and proceed. 

4. how to change  the payment password? 

5. How to change the bonded phone? 

If you would like to withdraw to a diffrent number, kindly unbond the current phone, then bond the new one.

6.What's the tariff if I withdraw the amount to my Mpesa account?
